Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing period at any time from the Stripe customer portal we link to from your account page. Changes are pro-rated by Stripe automatically.
Stripe automatically retries failed payments for up to three weeks using its smart retry schedule. We mark your subscription as past-due during that window but keep your sync running. If the retries are exhausted, your subscription cancels and your account drops to the Free tier. Your codes always keep working - they live on your device, not on our servers.
For annual plans we issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your term, no questions asked. Use the Stripe portal to cancel and request the refund, or email hello@fob.codes if you'd rather we handle it.
iOS is on the roadmap once Android has stabilized. When the iOS app ships, you'll subscribe through Apple's in-app purchase flow and your subscription will follow you across both platforms. Subscribing here on the web is for Android and macOS / Windows users today.
